Excuse for previous delay: Intell community IG caused reps of each of the agencies to sit in a room and all go through every email line by line.    hrod17 sent to Cheryl Mills: Subject: Haiti [following the catastrophic 2010 earthquake]  "Let's work [on this] with Clinton Fdn since they have unencumbered dollars."  Haiti was known to be a massive pay-for-play sandbox. Not a good story.  Lots of proposed work promised by Clinton Fdn, nothing happened. Major projects now collecting cobwebs; seem to have been built for the cameras.  Private email not as subject to FOIA.   Five days after Mrs C got a new iPad, she tested it out while on a flight.  This establishes that she used at least two devices, BlackBerry & iPad.  Having two is hugely important: "I did it out of convenience so I could carry one device" – not accurate; so  why did you set this up?
